Refund and Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • To start a return, please contact us at using our contact form with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once the return/exhange is accepted, we will provide a return address. Please do not return the goods to us before contacting us.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items (if specified as “final sale”).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt.


Exchanges

  • If you would like a different size or color, we are happy to offer an exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • Please contact us to reserve your desired replacement item before sending your original item back.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
